Sun Parlor Home Volunteer Application Form

Volunteers play a vital role in the delivery of the Sun Parlor Home resident services and programming.  All volunteer applications are reviewed by the Life Enrichment Supervisor and shared with Department Managers who might have an interest in offering a volunteer opportunity.

Volunteers are required to complete a Criminal Record Check - Vulnerable Sector.
