Expression of Interest (EOI) for the 2025 Accessibility Fest-for-All
The Essex County Accessibility Advisory Committee is planning for the 2025 Accessibility Fest-for-All and are pleased to announce the event will be held at the Libro Credit Union Centre in Amherstburg, Ontario on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 10 AM – 2PM.
This special event aims to showcase accessible activities through demonstrations, products, services and information by engaging with the local community of accessibility-minded businesses and people who promote inclusion in activities and spaces for people with varying levels of ability.
Opportunities to participate include:
- Demonstration of an activity
- Information booth (Bring your own)
- Product demonstration
- Or other fun ideas that showcase the accessible activities.
If your company or organization would like to be considered to participate in this special event, kindly fill out the form linked below before June 5, 2025. There is no charge to apply and no charge to participate.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) process will be transparent, fair, and aimed at selecting vendors who align with the event’s theme and objectives.
