Applications to appear as a delegation must be received by the Clerk no later than 5:00PM on Friday, January 10, 2025. Your application, including presentation materials, will be reviewed and you will be notified by the Clerk if your request has been approved.
Delegations may bring forward presentations or information to be considered as part of the review process. A time limit of five minutes will apply to all delegations.
The public meeting is intended to provide an opportunity for the public to offer comments regarding any issue or matter that should be considered during the Official Plan Amendment process.
This public meeting will be held in-person with a virtual option as well.
Please note that an official decision regarding your delegation will be made by the Clerk.
Personal information collected on this form is authorized under the County of Essex Procedure By-law and will be used to contact individuals and/or organization requesting an opportunity to appear as a delegation before County Council. The name and address of the delegates or organizations may be published as part of the meeting agenda which is also posted on the County of Essex website.
Personal information collected as a result of this public meeting, is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), the Planning Act, and all other relevant legislation, and will be used to assist in making a decision on this matter. All personal information (as defined by MFIPPA), including (but not limited to) names, addresses, opinions and comments collected will be made available for public disclosure to members of the public, at the meeting, through requests, and through the County of Essex website.
